Share plans publicly, share plans privately - share at the level that makes sense for your team.

The OpenPlanning repository is a great place to begin your planning by reviewing what other people have done. And, in the spirit of community, share some of your favorite plans with the global planning community.

Opening and reusing public shared project plans is as simple as opening them on your desktop. Just get the project ID from the project summary page (like this one) and select File->Open Shared Project by ID... in the desktop application and you can then use the project as appropriate.

Sharing project plans with the global community is as simple as saving them to the repository (and you can delete them later if you choose).

ProPlanning users have access to a secure, private project server where projects may be shared among select users and access controlled based on owner, group, and account. More info on this here.
