ProPlanning allows teams to share plans privately and securely. Account administrators create users and groups (functional or project groupings - however you want it) within your account and then control access to projects based on those attributes. For the plan owner, group, and account you may specify that the entity has no access, can read the plan, or can read and write the plan.

For example, as shown below you can establish the default permissions for all project plans in your ProPlanning account.

ProPlanning plan owners have similar control over access to the private plans they create.
