Good communication amongst the project team and sponsors is essential to project success.

Communicate quickly and efficiently with project participants and sponsors through web-based project reporting (a SharedPlan Central feature), by sending email to responsible resources, by publishing RSS feeds, and more...it's your choice.

All SharedPlan reports are presented in your web browser. Using any of our desktop applications to create the reports, you may then repurpose the web pages as appropriate (like post them on your web server).

SharedPlan Central offers access to project reporting through the web browser (without the desktop application). Just select the projects of interest and the reports you would like to see and you're done.

Using ProPlanning, you may send email to resources that are assigned to your project using the email collaboration feature.

If your team is comfortable using shared calendars or if you would like to just export the plan to your personal calendar, you may export the project in a format (ics) that can be read into virtually all calendar managers (including Outlook, iCal, Evolution).

And finally, for those of you using RSS feeds, you may export the project in a format that can be read by RSS readers.
