Send Email to Task Resources

SharedPlan Pro allows you to right click on any task, select Email Assigned Resources which will display your mail program and allow you to compose and send email to the resources assigned to the task.

This is a great way to update the resources with new project information or request informations from them.

Send Assignments To Resources

SharedPlan Pro allows you to email assignment and project information to all assigned resources. Just select Collaborate -> Publish Assignments to Resources... and a window will be displayed with all assigned resource and you can then select which of them you would like to send email.

The email will include a table with their individual assignments and may optionally include a copy of the project.

Send Email To All Project Resources

SharedPlan Pro allows you to quickly and easily send email to all assigned resources. Just select Collaborate -> Email All Project Resources... and your email program will create a new message with your project resources predefined as the recipients.
