Our private project server and team services are available to you with SharedPlan Pro - the quick and easy steps below will guide you through creating your private account.

1. Download and install Pro - if you've already done this skip this step. (download Pro)
2. Create your private account.
   • A license key is required to create the private account. If you've purchased Pro use the license key that was delivered with your purchase otherwise, if you're in the trial period, please enter PrivateProjectServerTrial when you create your account.
   • Be sure to enter a valid email address - accounts are validated using the email address you provide.
   • Create your account now.
   • You will receive email with account validation information - one click and your account will be validated and ready for your use.
3. Enter your account, user name, and password in Pro (File->SharedPlan Central->Central Connection Settings...).
4. That's it - you can now employ Pro complemented with a private project server!
5. (Optional) Once your account is created you may add other users. Use the same license key as above. Note that people using only the web services need not have Pro installed - the services are presented through their web browser.
   • Click on Manage Users after you log in
   • Then click Create new user

And of course, you can save project files to your local disk also - it's completely under your control.
