Central Content Policies

As set forth in the Terms of Service, SharedPlan Software, Inc. is not required to host or display uploaded content. SharedPlan may refuse to host or allow content that violates its policies, including:

Illegal content
Invasions of personal privacy
Pornography or obscenity
Hateful or offensive content based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, or sexual orientation
Incitement of violence
Violations of copyright.
Repetitious content or spam

SharedPlan claims no ownership or control over any Content submitted, posted or displayed by you on or through SharedPlan Central. You or a third party licensor, as appropriate, retain all patent, trademark and copyright to any Content you submit, post or display on or through SharedPlan Central and you are responsible for protecting those rights, as appropriate.
