By selecting Collaborate->Publish to RSS you will see a window similar to this one:
In order to publish your project information to the appropriate media take the following steps:
1. Select Collaborate->Publish to RSS as appropriate.
2. Select the task criteria that tasks must satisfy in order to be published. For example, to publish all tasks on the critical path that involve the Founder you would select Critical Path in the left side and Founder in the right.
3. Select the task attributes that you would like published by clicking the checkbox to the left of the appropriate attributes.
4. Select the levels of the project you would like published. Entire Project will publish all tasks in the project that match the task selection criteria established. Here Down will publish all tasks in the project from the current project level down that match the task selection criteria established. This Level will publish all tasks in the project from the current project level that match the task selection criteria established.
5. Click OK.
6. Save the file as appropriate and then import to RSS readers as appropriate.
Note that the steps for performing the import are dependent on your local environment and as such we cannot describe the process with certainty; if you have any doubts contact your local system administrator. It’s usually pretty straightforward; RSS export requires that the file you save is in a directory/folder that is visible to a web server. Again, if you have any doubts about this talk to you local system administrator.
