Analysis Menu Items
The analysis tables are available under the Analysis menu and are displayed in your default browser. This allows you to print, email, or publish to the web your project reports.
The following analysis features are available:
• Tasks
o Identify late tasks: presents information on all tasks that are late as determined by their progress against the plan.
o General task status: provides information on the state of each task as it relates to task timing as determined by their progress against the plan.
• Resources
o Resource allocation: provides information on usage of each resource assigned to the project.
o Over-allocated resources: provides information on resources that are over-subscribed and the tasks that contribute to their overload.
In addition to each of the reports described above, you may also select the project levels that are reported upon. The choices are:
• Analyze the entire project: the analysis will cover the all entries in the project
• Analyze from this level down: the analysis will cover the current level of the project and all subprojects.
• Analyze this level: the analysis will cover this level only.
