What Is An Annotation?

Annotations are just notes you can apply to the Visual Plan editor.

Create An Annotation

To create an annotation hold down the Shift key and double click in any open area of the Visual Plan canvas.

Once it's created you may enter note text as appropriate.

Deleting Annotations

To delete an annotation, select (by clicking on) the annocation, and the shift-delete (hold down the shift ket while striking the delete key).

Moving and Resizing Annotations

You can move and resize annotations just like tasks - select and drag by the corner handles to resize or drag by the edges to move.
