Refreshing Project Information and App Preferences

Touch the info button in the upper right corner of any view to get the latest project info from Central and to manage your preferences.

Refresh Project Information

Most likely you've already entered your Central account information so just touch Get Projects and the SharedPlan iPhone app will connect to Central and get the latest list of projects for your account.

Note also that this view shows you when you last updated your project list and how many projects are in your Central account.

Managing App Preferences

From this view you control whether subtasks are shown and whether tasks on the critical path are visually highlighted (light red background color).

You can also control how long project information will be kept before being refreshed.

Under the SharedPlan portion of the view you can read the latest info on the app and send us feedback email.
