Project Resources

This view displays information for each project resource: email address, phone number, notes, and assignments.

The email address is taken from Central or your Contacts list. The telephone number is retrieved from your Contacts list. Note that the resource name must exactly match the name in your Contacts.

Touching the Send Email row allows you to send email to the resource.

And, surprise, surprise, touching the Call Resource row allows you to initiate a phone call to the resource.
