Reusable Resources and Resource Packages

This service of SharedPlan Central allows you to create resources (people, equipment, and material) and then combine them into resource packages for easy inclusion into projects.

This is a great time saver when starting a new project.

Access Resource Management

As the Central account administrator, click on Resources in the left menu panel.

Resource Operations

From this page you can create resources and resource packages as well as manage (modify or delete) existing resources and packages. Just click on the menu item of interest and you will be taken to the page of interest. The individual pages are simple and hopefully self-explanatory.

Typically, you will create resources and then combine them into packages.

Once you have created resources and packages the users in your account can then import them into their projects.
