Critical Path - Focus On What's Important

Your head may be about to explode with all the details and issues associated with the successful completion of your projects. One way to focus your efforts is to pay close attention to the tasks, resources, and scope on the critical path (the path through the project with the least slack time, sometimes abbreviated as CPM).

Our software provides two clear methods for visualizing and monitoring the critical path through your projects.

First, we do real-time critical path calculation as you modify your project so that you can immediately see how the critical path changes as you change your project. The critical path is made clearly visible using bright red dependency lines.

Secondly, our ProPlanning product provides a specific report on tasks that are on the critical path. As with all our reports, they are presented in your browser so you may email or post them to a web server as appropriate.
