Central subscriptions provide you with a flexible and cost-effective mechanism for managing the projects that are critical to your success.

Pricing

Central subscriptions are priced based on the number of active projects you and your team are managing. There are no per user charges with Central.

Our subscriptions are billed monthly (contact us if you would like to pay annually), there is no sign up cost, and you may cancel at any time.

Unlimited Users

Our subscriptions offer a flexible number of users so you can bring as many people into your project as you would like. And, once they are there you control which projects they may access and how (view only, modify, or hidden).

Central Services

All paid subscriptions have full access to all the other Central services:

project editor
project viewer, access control
issue tracking
reporting and analysis
desktop access for Mac OS X and Windows
project storage.

Desktop Access for Mac OS X and Windows

Central services are delivered through your browser over the Internet. The Internet is a wonderful mechanism for accessing information but there are times when connecting isn't possible or you need the power of a desktop application. cPro is a lightweight version of Pro that allows you to access you projects in Central and work locally on your desktop - connected to the Internet or not.

Active and Archived Projects

Projects may be either active or archived and you may change the state of any project at any time. Projects that are active are available to all account users. Projects that are archived are not available for modification but, they are still there in your account and you can make them active at any time.

Project Versions

Each time you update a project in Central a new version is created. So, as your projects progress you can look back at previous versions to see what has changed.

SSL Security

All paid subscriptions are protected by SSL security as the data passes over the Internet. All paid subscriptions benefit from SSL security.
